We also saw beaver, bighorn sheep, condors, osprey, falcons, white-faced ibis, and hummingbirds, among others. Watch out for the nasty red ants that are everywhere (painful sting), scorpions (one crawled up Patsie's leg as we sat around camp but we never saw in others), and rattlesnakes (our group only spotted a few).
