• Caption: The coveted Silver ticket to the Inauguration. This ensured we were in the first 240,000 peope watching history happen. I got our tickets by making a request to Senator Mark Udall's office the day after the election. Not sure how they made the selections but it certainly had nothing to do with contributions of time or money. Ironically, after all the effort to get tickets, I never had to show it to get in.
